Right of withdrawal

In the case of contracts for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period (subscription contracts), the 14-day withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the first goods. This means that you only have the right of withdrawal once for the first delivery; there is no right of withdrawal for automatic subsequent deliveries.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days after the withdrawal to return your product. You will then receive a credit for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return transport from your home to our delivery department will be at your expense. These costs amount to approximately 6.95 - 11.95 € per package, the exact rates can be found on the websites of the parcel services.

 

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition and in the original packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@alphavit.at or here. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has already been received by us in good condition.

Important note: If you have ordered a subscription (automatic subscription deliveries of the same product), the right of withdrawal applies only to your first delivery. After the first delivery, all further automatic deliveries are excluded from the right of withdrawal – a return of later follow-up deliveries under the right of withdrawal is no longer possible.

In the event of a timely cancellation of the first delivery, we will of course terminate your subscription, so that no further deliveries will take place. (Legal basis: § 356 para. 2 BGB and Art. 9 para. 2 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.)
